PHILOSOPHY
Our cabin philosophy is neat, sustainable and affordable. We are in the construction business by trade and believe we can build the best and least expensive cabins with a touch of rustic grandeur and splendor. The cabins are strategically located throughout the property and built on leased land. All cabins will have electrical (conventional or solar) and all will have water close or near by. Showers will be centrally located, one per 8-10 cabins. Some sites will be remote, walking or electric cart access only. All cabins will include furnishings, heat sources and telescope for star gazing.

INVESTMENT
Cabin prices complete will range from $10-15,000. We lease up to half an acre for each cabin with access from our roads to cabins. Your maintenance agreement will annually produce a minimum fixed percentage return or a profit sharing return, whichever is higher that year. You, as the investor, pledge and pay HHSC $10 -15,000 towards a contract for us to build specifically the cabin we agree to build. We maintain cabins for agreed dollar amount, you choose 4 weeks throughout the year for “your stay.” Two weeks during summer, two weeks during fall/winter/spring.


SOLAR / BIOMASS
Heat and electrical needs will be supplied by conventional methods including solar and biomass. Solar panels can provide minimal electrical needs where a wood stove or pellet stove along with solar panels can also provide a heat source.


BENEFITS
Not only will you have your own place on the world’s largest disc golf complex, but you can have yearly revenues to spend “up north.” All cabin leases will allow property to be passed down to “family,” children, nieces, nephews, or grandchildren. Should any changes occur regarding the cabins, amendments and changes will have to be agreed upon by both parties.
